Picture archive manager is a free software for archiving all your personal Photos safe and secure in a database.
This prevents unnecessary access to your personal photos since all the images are save in a database which is encrypted.

1. Install Microsoft Access Runtime 2010.

4. Double click the file and setup initial database and start using it
